How can each of them contribute in a banking environment?
In a banking environment, there are various tasks that are inclusive of customer facing as well as non-customer facing. For customer facing tasks, it is essential to ensure that the bank assign staff who are with very good communication skills, sociable as well as with outgoing personalities.
This is due to the fact that it is essential to provide a very good customer service and make the customer feel to bank with the organisation for a longer period of time.
Sometimes, various customers might come up with various questions as well as complains, which the front-line staff should be able to handle with minimal intervention of a senior staff.

Based on the facts explained above,
it is observed that in order to get the best level of efficiency of both the
extraverts and introverts, it is essential to assign them with tasks and
working environments, which are helpful for them to be at their best, rather
mixing up the working environments and tasks which are not suited for their
individual skills and attitudes. It is also essential that this ultimately helps
the performance of the bank.
